Hosted by the Divided City Project at the Washington University in St. Louis, Jeff Hou led a half-day workshop on October 19, 2019, that began with a visit to several sites in the city that speak to the theme of insurgent public space. The site visits began at Peter Matthews Memorial Skate Garden, followed by the NGA West Site and Sk8 Liborious where Hou and Bryan Bedwell, the head of Kings Highway Vigilante Transitions, led a discussion about making public spaces.
